I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent. GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later.
These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out.
So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick ass new bike. We ordered a mid size go kart for our kids for Christmas weeks before Christmas. We were given a shipping date with December 11th being the latest. It's been sitting at the warehouse "ready to ship" for weeks. They will not give us any details on it. They won't even allow us to go pick it up! It's hard to get ahold of anyone and if u do they are all young and offer no details or knowledge of anything!
We have been back and forth for weeks and we're offered no reimbursements etc. We are canceling our order and going to a local dealership. I got a cart given to me and am clueless on the year of go cart but knew what make it was. So I went through there website and clicked on hammerhead and clicked and it took me to wiring harness for the machine Well I assumed it was the correct one. I was told I ordered wrong one and that is was for a trail master and not the hammer head machine.
The picture was exactly what I needed also. They now will NOT give me my money back or exchange for the correct harness. Worst business that I have ever done business with!
I placed an order on July 9th. According to their website and customer service recorded phone line, the average delivery time is days. It does state on the homepage of the site that they are experiencing delays due to high demand.
This is completely understandable so I waited 2 weeks double the normal delivery time for them to ship my order. Still nothing.
I tried emailing, texting, live chatting and calling and could not reach a human. The emails and texts don't receive a response, the live chat is automated, highlights key words from your messages and replies with generic answers that may or may not apply to your questions. The phone number is even more of a joke. It's also automated and sends you in circles. I also went on to their site to request a callback 4 days ago.
I can't even cancel my order because their systems are a joke. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card. I'd say they have the worst customer service but they don't have any service at all.
The shipping isn't that slow. It's the processing of the order goKart usa needs to fix. I ordered a helmet on jan 3rd. I call after a week and I'm told we can't provide a tracking number. I know why now. It wasn't shipped. I call again after 15 days and it's coming tomorrow! It's a miracle I can get a tracking number today that shows it shipped yesterday.
Hello Marc, we shipped out your helmet. When you let us know you had not received, we shipped out another one. Sorry for the delay. Ordered a UTV in May, says 4 - 6 weeks wait. Followed up on July 12, chat said they were waiting on wire transfer. Called to find out delivery time, was told 4 - 6 weeks from today. They never even ordered to unit and never contacted me for payment. Tip for consumers: Don't accept credit cards. They don't order unit unless it's paid for.
I read a lot of reviews from at least 10 different companies that sell Chinese bikes. They give many BAD reviews. Seems to me that alot of these people can't operate a screw driver! Also they are mad because they didn't get a Honda for 50 bucks. Also, because they are clueless about how to execute a business deal, they blame it on the guy that stuck out his neck, rented an expensive warehouse, hired employees, and pays fees up the yang to the Socialist Dem's in Sacramento!

We don't currently use Site Jabber. It seems, as the name suggests, to focus on the jabbing as opposed to a constructive forum.
We use Trust Pilot to collect our reviews. I like how the go karts are low prices like not like other sites are to high. They should make them lower but this i give thumbs up! I got the motorcycle but need the Go Kart for Christmas. There text updates are terrible. You sit on hold for terribly long times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no idea that I received the motorcycle and no idea why my order hadn't been shipped.
They said they had just received the Go Kart I ordered, but 2 days later and still no update, no shipping confirmation. Here is 7 days before Christmas, I have no answers. Buy somewhere else. Update; 3 days before Christmas, still no update, starting the charge back process through Paypal. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Don't torture yourself, go somewhere else.
Make sure you do a charge back on your credit card or dispute through PayPal. It hurts their rating and they deserve to lose the ability to charge people. Stay away from them!
